LEFEVER ANTIGUE 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN MADE IN 1895

Description:
Here is avery nice vintage damacus barreled shotgun ! It locks up tight like a bank door,still nice pattern on barrels,and both barrels are comp;letely shiney ( honed ? ) with no pitting. Mechanical excellent, and I would grade fine plus. A little color here and there on receiver,but glass smooth and no pitting.Wood and checkering have wear,but no bad abuse of wood. Except there are areas of wood underneath, next to receiver, which are scorched,from firing. The factory butt plate is extra wide. I have long arms and it seems fine to me.Numbers match on receiver,barrels,forend,and lower tang. There is another number near the main serial on receiver,very  close,and I do not know what that means.All and all,above average shotgun for one made in 1895,and previous owner took care of. I sell antique guns for collecting and display. If one intends to shoot,they must have checked out for safety and correct loads. I am looking for 1882 Maynard rifle stuff and some 1873 piecesand will consider trades. Note : I have lowered price and might help some on shipping ?
