Description:
Vintage Spanish SxS with a manufacture date estimated to the mid-1950. The gun underwent a $1600 complete overhaul last May by Bottega di Lusso in DFW, TX and cleaned, repaired, and lubricated to bring it back to life. There was a small piece of wood on the stock where it met the receiver that need repair and all of the internals were cleaned and inspected as the gun had not been fired in 30-40 years. Additionally the gun had fixed chokes with constriction similar to full and extra full, so Bottega di Lusso opened them up to light mod/mod to make them more useable. After the full service it was fired roughly 50-75 times and has since been living in the safe. When I first came to possess the gun about 10 years ago I sent information and pictures off to Morris Hallowell of Hallowell & Co for assistance identifying it and he believes it's a Model 204. It is a 12 gauge with roughly 27.5" barrels finished in a beautiful case hardened receiver. The wood is gorgeous with only a few visible marks present which is impressive given the age. It will come in a leather takedown case. If you have any questions please let me know
