Description:
Antique German Percussion 12 gauge SxS black powder shotgun marked L Grundmann in Stendal on top of rib.  32 5/8” finely figured Damascus barrels,   Engraved locks, hammers and top tang.  Fitted with un-common  Hammer safeties.   Fancy horn trigger guard.  Horn butt plate.  Metal has a grayish patina.  Some pitting around nipples.  Hammers cock and drop.  Bores are rusty.  Checkered walnut stock with beading at edge of comb and around butt plate shows signs of handling.  This is a work of art…prettiest Damascus figuring I have seen.  Deserves to be displayed in a special place.  Please see the photos.    $649.99.
