An exceptional and historically significant Italian percussion shotgun crafted by F.P. Roghat of Turin, Italy in the mid 1800's, stylistically influenced by the Italian Renaissance. This exquisite firearm once belonged to Captain Francis Hall (1805–1888) of Park Hall, Mansfield Woodhouse, a British officer in the 7th Hussars and High Sheriff of Nottinghamshire (1846).

Barrels: 32" chain Damascus with tight ribs and mirror bores (.724)
Locks: Elegant rebated bar action with refined step
Stock: Beautifully figured wood, free of cracks, with unusually fine checkering featuring a floral-border motif
Dimensions: LOP – 14 1/8", Drop at comb – 1 9/16", Drop at heel – 2"
Weight: 6 lbs 15 oz
