Chopperlump barrels, hand detachable locks, bushed firing pins, Purdey hidden third bite, side clips, and articulated front trigger. Add to this near 100% case color and blue on the barrels and you can see this fine shotgun has seen very little use. For a Spanish gun it is light, almost as light as the English sidelock it copied.

The elephant in the room on this gun is why does it have a minimum wall of .019 in the right barrel?
This is measured about 8" from the muzzle on top of the right barrel, a point in the bore where the load is reaching maximum velocity and pressure is dropping rapidly.
The bores measure .029 in both barrels which is as it was built so it appears this minimal wall is original.
