Stephen Grant Sidelock, with classic sidelever and possibly fired by Denys Finch Hatten of " Out of Africa " fame

Built in 1889, with NEW barrels proofed in London in 1984. Original records ( copy supplied with gun) -copy supplied by Atkin , Grant & Lang- shows the gun was for the Honorable S. Finch Hatten. Although Denys did not carry this title, this gun could possibly be his father's or uncle's and fired by him at some point.
This gun has great stock dimensions, with a quality horn butt plate and hunts well !!!
It comes cased with all the paperwork and cleaning kit as shown in the photos.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and any other related charges. I give a 3-day non-firing inspection period and will only accept returns at buyer’s expense. Included in the sale is 3 boxes of 2 1/2 " shells from William Larkin Moore in #7 1/2 and two boxes of 2 1/2 " shells from RST in #5 shot.
