Manufactured in 1982. This beautiful No. 2 side-by-side by Aguirre y Aranzabal is a work of art that deserves its place above the mantle, or being used to slay bird and clay pigeon alike. Inspired by Holland & Holland's sidelock design, the No. 2 incorporates an identical action that is reinforced with multiple hold pins, and includes the distinctive tear drop engraving with its wood furniture. Like Holland & Holland shotguns, the No. 2 is given the same craftsmanship and care, but at a more affordable price than its British competitor Engraving, carving, and full assembly are likewise done by hand, which gives this shotgun a smooth, tight-locking action that is sure to last many more lifetimes of use. The shotgun sports 28" barrels with a full length of 45.5" and weighs only 7 lbs, giving it excellent attributes for field work. Very little wear is visible on the shotgun, with only slight pitting forming on the left side of the barrel, while the rest of the shotgun is perfectly preserved with no scratches, cracks, or loose parts.
