AYA/Firearms International Matador .410 bore
AYA "Matador" .410 bore, imported by Firearms International between 1955 and 1963. These little Spanish-made boxlock doubles are gems! With a reliable single-selective trigger, selective ejectors, and a Simmon's ventilated rib, these are Americanized classic shotguns. While the wood quality is somewhat bland, the beaver-tail forearm and pistol grip stock are well fitted with stock dimensions of 13 3/8"x1 1/2"x2 1/2", and the stock has been equipped with a Winchester M70 steel butt-plate. Barrel length is 26 inches with 3-inch chambers and choked (Imp. Cyl. and Light Mod) at 6 pounds 9 ounces. This is a smooth swinging, fast handling dove or quail gun in 97% overall condition with desirable dimensions for only $1895.00.
