At the heart of the shotgun is Benelli’s renowned Inertia Driven® operating system, valued for its clean-running design, quick cycling and dependable function in wet, cold and dirty environments. The system uses fewer moving parts than many gas-operated designs, helping make the shotgun easy to maintain while delivering the reliability serious hunters expect from the Super Black Eagle name. Benelli’s ComforTech® 3 stock system and cushioned comb are designed to reduce felt recoil and facial impact, improving comfort during high-volume shooting and when using heavy magnum loads.
The 28-inch Advanced Impact barrel is engineered to produce improved pattern density and greater energy delivery on target. Benelli pairs the A.I. barrel system with its Crio® barrel and choke technology, creating a versatile platform suited to ducks, geese and other challenging game. A ventilated rib provides a clean sighting plane, while the highly visible red front sight promotes quick target acquisition in changing light and against dark backgrounds.
Its distinctive exterior is purpose-built for the marsh. The stock and forearm wear a MultiCam FDE camouflage pattern, while the complementary earth-tone Cerakote-finished metalwork helps resist glare, moisture and corrosion. The pistol-grip stock incorporates textured gripping surfaces for secure control with wet or gloved hands, and the sculpted forearm provides a comfortable, natural hold. Enlarged, easily accessible controls further enhance operation during cold-weather hunts.
