Description:
Benelli M2 model 11037 entry shotgun with a 14" barrel. This is a NFA item and must go through a class 3 firearm dealer. Make sure you can legally purchase and own this gun. Talk to your class 3 dealer first. This gun will require a federal class 3 stamp at a cost of 200 dollars to be paid by the purchaser. Buyer must also pay 50 dollars for shipping. Gun is used, but has never been fired. This is an inertia driven shotgun. No valves to deal with since it is not gas operated. It is much lighter than a gas operated semi auto. Since this is a class 3 NFA gun which requires extra paperwork and registration with ATF under the National Firearms Act, the normal three day inspection period is waived. There are no returns on this firearm. As long as I have indicated this in my listing Per guns international rules, the no return privilage will be enforced.
