This Benelli Montefeltro Limited Edition is an exceptionally scarce 1995 production shotgun, one of only 500 manufactured, making it far more collectible than a standard Montefeltro. Chambered in versatile 20 Gauge with a lightweight 26-inch barrel and elegant engraved receiver, it was purpose-built as a premium upland bird gun while offering the reliability that made Benelli's inertia-driven system famous worldwide.

The 26-inch vent rib barrel provides balanced handling with a lively swing that excels on flushing pheasants, quail, grouse, and sporting clays. Benelli's inertia-driven operating system delivers exceptionally clean operation with minimal maintenance while the lightweight platform keeps fatigue to a minimum during long days afield. Attractive walnut furniture and tasteful engraving elevate this shotgun well beyond a standard field model.

This limited edition features beautifully engraved nickel receiver panels with gold game scene accents depicting upland birds and a hunting dog. Imported by Heckler & Koch of Sterling, Virginia, these early H&K-import Benellis remain highly desirable among collectors. The left side of the buttstock has a professionally repaired crack that is clearly shown in the accompanying photographs, but the shotgun remains mechanically excellent and presents very well overall.

The 3-inch chamber allows the use of both 2¾-inch field loads and heavier 3-inch magnum hunting loads, giving this shotgun excellent versatility for everything from dove and upland birds to waterfowl. It accepts interchangeable choke tubes and currently wears a Cylinder choke, providing excellent pattern performance from approximately 0–25 yards while allowing the owner to install tighter constrictions for longer-range hunting applications.

Limited-production Benelli shotguns have become increasingly difficult to locate, especially complete with their factory box.
