The Benelli Legacy Limited Edition is a semi-automatic shotgun chambered in 20 gauge. It features a 26-inch barrel and a standard magazine capacity of five rounds. I will not ship where prohibited. Actual shipping includes the retail cost of priority mail shipping (for handguns) or ground (long guns) and adult signature. No exceptions. All firearms (as defined by the ATF) will be shipped from a FFL and to a verified FFL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Local pickup might be available, but it will be at a FFL and background check must be completed. Everything will be shipped with signature for delivery. NO USPS Boxes or Drawers. I will be glad to expedite the shipping and get it out as soon as payment clears. Additional fees will apply! If you pay by check (personal, business, certified, cashiers) I will ship after my bank clears the check. Typically this is 5 business days. Payment is expected in 5 days after listing end. Communication is required within 48 hrs after listing end. Please have record of your payment and sending it prior to disputing anything. Buyer is responsible for knowing all local and state laws. Final total reflects a 3% cash, check, or money order discount and processing fees may apply. Credit and debit cards will be processed over Phone, via check, and Guntab. Guntab fee is paid by the buyer and its typically 6%. All terms of the sale stated here supersede guntab terms. Credit debit card fees are 3%. If you dispute or charge back the credit card, the item will be reported stolen immediately and I will prosecute you.
