Here we have a special-order Beretta 687 Silver Pigeon III with a hard-to-find English style stock and factory EELL grade exhibition Turkish walnut with a hand-rubbed oil finish, and ordered as a two-barrel set with 28” barrels in 20ga. and 28ga… a $2000 option.  Both barrel sets have their own EELL grade forearms and screw-in chokes; 5 for the 20ga. and 5 for the 28ga.  Beretta screw-in chokes give this gun full versatility and additional chokes are readily obtainable.  The beautifully figured buttstock has factory supplied interchangeable recoil pads providing a 14 5/8” or a 14 7/8” LOP. The gun weighs 6lbs. with the 20ga. set of barrels, 6lbs. 2oz. with the 28ga. barrels, both balanced just ahead of the hinge pin for a dynamic handling upland gun.  The 20ga. set of barrels have 3” chambers so this two-gauge, two-barrel set is extremely versatile, able to take late season pheasants or waterfowl at long distances with the 20ga. magnums, or close, easy-to-kill game with your 28ga. set.  THIS GUN IS NEW AND UNFIRED WITH ALL ACCESSORIES AND PAPERWORK.  Both sets of barrels have 100% blue, the action and trigger guard have 100% nickel alloy finish, and the wood has one little safe mark on the right side of the buttstock, barely an impression.  The gun is cased in the factory Beretta case.  There is a super-duty SKB travel case that has an interior laser cut to house this gun for extreme travel protection that can be purchased for an additional $225 upon request.  IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND THE GUN CAN BE PURCHASED WITHOUT THE HEAVY CASE SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS.  The mechanics are perfect, with crisp trigger pulls and strong well-timed ejectors.  Stunningly beautiful, this gun is priced affordably and will not last long, so don’t hesitate to buy this gorgeous, versatile two gauge over/under!  Thanks for looking!
