The BL-5 is the Garcia (U.S. Market version) of the S57E. They are the exact same firearm - except for the markings. This gun was probably purchased in Europe by a U.S. Military Service Member.
Decent used gun with very nice wood. Shows wear from use in the field. Action is tight. No cracks or gouges in wood. There is a dent on the vent rib (photos) that has been somewhat straightened. You don't see it when the gun is mounted.
