Double triggers (front articulated), extractor, and a non-auto safety provide traditional functionality. The Purdey-style hidden treble-fastener and double underlug ensure solid lockup. The coin-finished boxlock action is tastefully engraved with scrollwork and floral motifs, with a duck in game scene on the bottom—typical of Beretta's refined yet understated field-grade engraving of the era. Barrels retain 98% original blue. Weighing just 5 lb 10 oz, this gun is lively and responsive. The straight grip walnut stock and splinter forend feature sharp checkering, and only light handling marks are present. LOP measures 14.25" to the original checkered Beretta buttplate.
