Based on our examination, this Beretta 1301 Tactical may be unfired with the exception of test firing at the factory. Original buyer calimed unfired in box. It comes with its original cardboard shipping sleeve and case. Besides its standard equipment, this shotgun is accompanied with numerous accessories: a Limb Saver precison fit recoil pad installed (original Beretta recoil pad included), multiple buttpad spacers, standard length magazine cap, manuals, and paperwork.

This shotgunis a 12-gauge, gas-operated semi-automatic shotgun. It features an 18.5-inch barrel and a 7+1 capacity (because magazine exrension is included), multiple magazine plugs are included. It also has oversized controls (safety, bolt release, charging handle) and a Picatinny rail, with a weight of roughly 6.35–6.7 lbs.

Shipping & Handling ($50):  

• US shipping only. If your item comes with a scope, we will detach it, package it separately, then include it in the shipped box unless specified otherwise by the purchaser. 
• Postage Costs include adult 21 yr old signature required fee to your FFL 01. 
• We will pay the shipping insurance for the amount sold.
• Purchasers can request any long gun (up to 48 inches in length) purchase to be shipped in a hard case for an additional $30 fee. Buyer will be responsible for any additional charges above the $50 shipping fee that may occur with hard case shipping.
• Additional fees may be added for long guns with exceptional dimensions and/or weight.
