Description: ***SOLD*** ~Browning A-5 12ga semi automatic shotgun, dated to approximately 1957. This A-5 is the Standard Weight configuration, designed with a bit more metal left on areas of the receiver, as opposed to the slightly lighter "Light Twelve" configuration. The shotgun features beautiful cut checkered walnut furniture, with a pistol grip stock, and a fine blued finish on the metal components. The receiver is engraved with decorative floral patterns and scrolling, which adds a classy flair to the cosmetic appearance. The shotgun is in excellent working order, with a glass smooth action and a superb bore, as well as a very light, crisp trigger. Some areas of light use and handling marks are present, specifically in areas of the stock and pistol grip, as well as some finish wear on the sharp corners of the receiver, however the gun overall shows signs of light use and appears to have been well cared for. Please refer to the photos to further assess the condition of the shotgun prior to purchase. The choke measures Full, with a 14" LOP measurement.
