Made in 1973, this beautiful and all original Browning Superposed 4 barrel 4 guage skeet set in Grade 1. Rare with 28" barrels - most were 26" sets. This gun with slim skeet forend, gold plated single selective trigger, long tang with flat knob grip and original Browning ventilated pad. All 4 barrel sets with low profile ventilated ribs. The 12ga barrel set was used on this set, but the other barrel sets remain factory test fired only and are still in their original factory wrapping in the case. Included in the case is the original case key and Browning catalog. Housed in its original 4 barrel Hartman case. Made post salt era, and guaranteed a no salt gun.
This gun remains in extremely fine original condition with virtually all finish to both wood and metal. The breech face shows minor shell ring. Stocks are sound. Bores bright and shiny and mechancs are crisp. Only very minor handling marks. This is really a beautiful gun in super original condition.
