FN Twelvette 12 Gauge shotgun. FN (Fabrique Nationale Browning) Twelvette also know as the Two-Shot Auto. This 12 Gauge Two-Shot Auto has a Cutts compensator mounted on the FN factory solid rib. Barrel length is 29” to the end of the compensator and 24” from barrel breech to the rear of the compensator. Bore is excellent. Action works perfectly. Receiver is finished in French gray with scroll floral engravings. All factory done. Stocks are near excellent with only minor handling marks. Butt plate is fancy with a cameo figure of John M. Browning. Above the cameo is the name “Browning” and at the toe of the butt plate it reads “Double Automatic”. Note: Safety is a switch on the rear of the trigger guard. This scarce Two-Shot Auto was popular in the 1960’s and into the 70’s. Good item for an FN or Browning collector or shooter.
