Description:
Last price drop, going back in safe for grandkids otherwise!
Right handed round knob, short tang (RKST) Browning Superposed 20 gauge 3 inch magnum with 26.5 inch barrels. It was manufactured in 1971. The barrels are marked improved cylinder (U) and modified (O) and they measure that dimension. The opening lever is right of center and the lock up is solid and tight. There is a plastic Browning butt plate. The wood is AAA marble cake walnut. The hand engraving is crisp and classic Pigeon grade II. It is not signed as typical of most Pigeon grade guns. This is NOT a salt gun. It weighs 6lb 6oz. It has stock dimensions of: drop heel 1 7/8 , drop comb 1 1/4 and LOP of 14 1/4, zero cast. It has one minimal handling mark on the fore end on the right side where some of the checkering has been flattened and there is a small marred area on the trigger gaurd (see pictures). I would grade this at 98-99% using the 39th edition of Blue Book of Gun Values. It comes in a near mint Browning case. This will ship from my local gun shop to your FFL holder. I do not have an FFL and use the service of my local shop. Set shipping and insurance fee of $60 dollars (except Alaska, Hawaii and California which will be determined at time of shipping) to be paid by the buyer. United States sales only. 3 day inspection (no firing or dismantling). Money will be refunded upon return of firearm in verified pre-sale condition. Return shipping and insurance (required) will be at returner's expense. I will ask for your FFL holder's signed license copy to be emailed or mailed with payment. The gun will be shipped upon receipt of money order, USPS money order or certified check. Thank you for looking!
