Up for sale is a remarkable Belgian Browning Grade V (1950s Diana) 12 gauge Superposed shotgun, hand engraved by Master Engraver Felix Funken (head of the FN engraving department until his retirement in 1960)! This shotgun also features the highly sought after field configuration with 28 inch barrels choked Full over Full. The wood and engraving (signed on both sides of the receiver by Mr. Funken) quality on this piece are of the best offered for this grade of shotgun and you would be very hard pressed to find a nicer example in either quality or condition. This shotgun remains in TOP collector and investor condition with only the faintest of handling or storage wear present. The butt plate has deteriorated slightly from age (this is common for the 1950s horn butt plates) but otherwise this piece is as nice as you are likely to ever find a Superposed of this era.
