Made in 1980, this 28" 4 barrel Browning Superposed P2M Grade Skeet set with long tang and flat knob stock. This fabulous gun signed by Jose Baerten on the left side is engraved much like a Diana Grade. Made with original skeet style forend, coin finished action, and original Browning brand waffle pad. It seems doubtful more than a few of these sets were made in this grade!
This gun is housed in its original Browning Hartmann 4 barrel set case with original keys, and catalogs.
Overall, the gun is in super original condition. The small gauge barrels are unused. The 12 gauge barrels have been used and were ported. I bought this gun from the original owner who was a champion skeet shooter. He did not use the small gauge barrels- ever. Coin finish is 98% and stocks are superb with only minor handling marks. The only visible wear on the gun is the trigger, which he removed some of the gold plating from for "feel" and this could easily be replated and brought back to new.
