This fine Belgium Made 20 Ga Superposed Lightning is in very good to excellent condition; there is almost no wear to the beautiful honey colored stock set, checkering is clean and sharp reflecting light use and little wear. Blue on barrel is 90 % or better and receiver shows light wear from being carried. Made in 1969 at or near the end of the Salt Era; this gun has very minor evidence of salt; with minor etching where wood meets the receiver on the butt stock and some darkening of wood underside near the trigger guard.
Barrels are 26 1/2 choked IC/Mod making it a perfect upland gun. As a lighning it weighs only 6 1/2 lbs
STFK with Browning H safety , Butt plate is perfect and only one of the butt plate screws exhibits minor evidence of salt. Bores are pefect with no dings on the barrels. Lever is straight and gun closes and locks up perfectly. There are no bumps or bruises worthy of mention.
For less than the price of a good used Japanese Citori you can own a true Belg Made 20 ga Superposed that may be used and cherished for generations.
