This early production Belgian Superposed represents the craftsmanship and handling qualities that established the Superposed as one of the most respected over/under shotguns ever produced.

This example features the classic round knob long tang semi pistol grip stock configuration, widely considered one of the most elegant and collectible Superposed stock styles. The shotgun balances exceptionally well at only 6 lbs. 10 ozs., giving it the lively feel and fast handling characteristics highly sought after in a premium upland gun.

The barrels are choked Improved Cylinder and Modified, making the gun extremely versatile for upland hunting and sporting applications. Additional desirable features include the factory ventilated rib, white mid-bead, and red front bead, along with the original single selective trigger.

The walnut stock displays exceptional figure with rich color and strong factory finish throughout. The metal retains excellent original bluing with crisp engraving and sharp edges. Overall condition appears near mint with only minimal evidence of handling.
