Browning Superposed Pigeon Two-Barrel Set

Description:
Price Reduced - 1962 Browning Superposed Lightning Pigeon 20 gauge two-barrel set, round knob, long tang, 28” F/M and 26 ½” IC/IC, with the following features:

Stock and metal at 98%. Minor handling marks on the buttstock and forearms, normal wear where forearm slides against the barrels, no crazing of the stock finish, and no stock cracks.
Barrels and vent ribs are clean and undamaged, bright bores and chambers (no rust or pitting), and a factory front metal bead on both barrels.
Rib solder joints on both barrels are tight and do not show any signs of loosening.
Screws are clean and undamaged.
Original factory horn butt plate (it is not plastic)--no chips, cracks, or worm damage.
Barrels lower with moderate resistance and are not loose, with the top lever to the right of center on both barrels.
Original, correct, and excellent condition factory Browning Airways case w/two original keys.
Original owners’ manual dated 5/62 with the original intact registration card. These are the correct documents for this shotgun as it was sold on August 21, 1963, just prior to the Superposed Lifetime Warranty taking effect on August 23, 1963.
Factory letter verifying the gun's specifications. The 28” lower barrel was re-choked to modified at some point in its life--possibly by the Browning Service Center (choke asterisk mark is hard to see due the angle/lighting).
