Browning Grade III "Fighting Cocks" Superposed over/under shotgun chambered in 12 Gauge. Belgium produced with a 1955 estimate year of manufacture. Coin-finished receiver uniquely decorated with extensive scroll engravings and deep-relief game birds on each side of the receiver and signed by Felix Funken—who served as the legendary Chief Master Engraver for Fabrique Nationale (FN) from the 1920s until his retirement in 1960. 28-inch barrels with 2-3/4 inch chambers, ejectors, and fixed chokes marked Skeet over Skeet. Round-knob (Prince of Wales) long-tang stock made from high-grade, air-dried European French walnut with hand-cut checkering. The factory buttplate appears to have been removed and the stock professionally shortened to install a Pachmayr "White Line" Deluxe ventilated recoil pad. No accessories. 12 Gauge
