This very fine 1980 example showcases exceptional Belgian craftsmanship with coin finished action featuring game scene engraving by A. Hermia, who signed his work on the left game scene. Beautiful dual vignettes depict flushing pheasants and launching ducks with crisp, detailed engraving work. Stocked with highly marbled pistol grip walnut in checkered oil finish with matching forearm, demonstrating the quality of wood selection. Choked cylinder/cylinder makes this ideal for close-range upland hunting or skeet shooting. Shows some light finish loss on the barrel but receiver remains very fine with crisp engraving, and stocks are very fine throughout.
