Description:
The BC Miroku Model 500 side by side shotgun favors the appearance of the Browning B/SS. Not surprising as they were both produced by Miroku. This one features a straight European grip, ultra-long tang action, and it is in excellent condition. One data source gives a date of manufacture between 1968 and 1971. It also defines it as a 500 due to the solid blue finish and basic scroll engraved receiver. It also states that his shotgun, with the absence of the Charles Daly import marks, it was probably made for Canadian, Japanese, or European trade. It would have been privately imported or carried to the US by returning service people. 12 Gauge
