Browning Miroku Citori Lightening Feather Over/Under 12-Gauge Shotgun with Invector-Plus Choking

Description:
This Browning Miroku Citori Lightening Feather 12-gauge, over-and-under shotgun, has 26-inch barrels with 3-inch chambers.  The top barrel has a screw-in choke labled "MOD -  LEAD" (first line) and "FULL - STEEL" (second line).  The bottom barrel has a choke labeled "FULL" (first lind) and "LEAD SHOT ONLY" (second line).  The top barrel has ventilated rib with muzzle sight bead.  The top barrel is stamped on the left side BROWING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q.” (first line) and “Made in Japan/Miroku” (second line).  The right side of the top barrel is stamped with “INVECTOR-PLUS CITORI SPECIAL STEEL   12GA – 2¾” AND 3”.

To be 21 years old (manufactured in 2000) and not have a case or box, the condition of this shotgun is really remarkable.  The condition of the gun itself is 99 percent, though there are no box, papers, or accessories, other then the two chokes mentioned above.  The blued finish on the barrels is 99+ with no blemishes, stains, or other mars.  There are a few normal scratches on the bottom of the bottom barrel caused by removing and replacing the forend.  See photos, and please excuse the oil smears.  The greyed alloy finish on the receiver, trigger guard, and the tang are is in similar condition with a couple of very minor scuffs on the bottom of the receiver.  The receiver is engraved on either side with a decorative pattern. The bottom of the receiver is etched with a single gold-colored feather.  The trigger guard is stamped with Browning’s signature gold-colored antlered buck head.  The high-gloss walnut stock and forend are all original and practically flawless.  There are a few tiny dents that you have to have in the right light to see.  See photos.  The forearm is in excellent condition with no sign of wear and no mars or scratches.  The checkering on the grip and forearm is deep and fine with no wear or damage.  The brown rubber recoil pad is original equipment and labeled on the bottom “BROWNING”.   Serial numbers all match – bottom barrel (chamber area), forearm, forearm hardware, and tang.  LOP is 14 ¼ inches.  The drop at the heel is 2 ½ inches.  The drop at comb is about 1¾ inches.  The photos are high resolution, so zoom to see details.  Contact me for additional photos or even higher resolution versions the posted pictures.

The buyer pays $50 for USPS Priority mail and $25.28 for insurance.   USPS insurance is calculated at $10.55 for the first $600, plus $1.55 for each additional hundred, rounded up.

The fastest way to get this gun is to pay with USPS (U.S. Postal Service) money orders as they are like cash, I do not have to wait for them to clear; my bank, and I will ship the rifle immediately upon receipt of a USPS money order and an FFL.  I will also accept a personal check and other type of money orders, as well as bank checks and cashier's checks, but I will hold the gun until it clears my bank; this includes bank checks and cashier’s checks.  I do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal.  If you opt to used USPS money orders, it will require two, as they are limited to $1,000 each.
