Browning C series Exhibition O/U, 12 gage, 26” barrels choked full & modified.
This series was produced in the early to middle seventies.
There were 256 made, serial numbered C1 thru C256. This according to Schwing’s fine book on the Superposed.
This offering is serial number C2. The engraving was done by Master engraver Jose’ Baerten & J.M. Florent.
The well executed wood carving borders very fine line checkering.
Condition is 99% plus, wood & metal.
It appears to be unfired. I’ve owned it for over 30 Years and never put a shotshell thru it.
