Description:
This Browning Model 42 is a pump action, takedown shotgun in 410 gauge with a 26" vent barrel and a front bead sight. This gun was manufactured in Miroku factory in Japan, for Browning. The left side of the receiver has scroll engraving surrounding dog and pheasants scene, the right is a waterfowl scene with the animals in both scenes in gold. The stocks are a two-piece checkered, gloss-finished high grade walnut set. The forend has double diamonds and checkering on both sides. The butt stock has checkering on the pistol grip with a fluted comb, blued steel grip cap and textured black plastic Browning buttplate. This Grade V appears in excellent, unused condition with its serial matching box and owners manual. Serial 02642NZ982. .410 Bore
