Belgian Browning Sweet 16 High Original Condition
Description:
Belgian Browning Sweet 16 built in 1954. This gun is in outstanding all original condition. It retains 99% of the original blue and wood finish and is unaltered in any way. The 28" vent rib barrel is choked full. The round knob stock still retains the original horn buttplate. The stock and forend are the darker red finished wood that was common it the 1950s guns. The wood is solid with no cracks or damage. A few very minor handling marks are all that keeps the wood from being a true 100%. All the engraving is sharp and crisp as are all the roll marks and proof stamps. The gun has been fired, but shows no visible wear. This is a great expample of the 1950s A5 which in my opinion were the best that Browning produced. A classic Sweet 16. C&R eligible.
