Browning Sweet 16 circa 1957
Description:
SOLD
Browning Sweet 16 semi auto shotgun made in Belgium in the late 50’s (probably 1957) this gun is completely original. The barrel is 28” plain/matted with front sight; full choke and chambered for 2 ¾” shells. The frame has excellent inscriptions and engraving but it looks like some blood, or other agent, has caused some of the bluing to fade. Buttstock and forearm have original varnish with 60 years or light use marks and there is a customary crack in the bottom of the forearm that has most likely been there for most of the gun’s existence. All in all a clean, nice example of a Sweet 16.
