Rare excellent condition Browning B-S/S Sidelock 20ga side by side shotgun. 26” barrels choked Mod/IMP CYL. 14.25” LOP to end of straight English stock. Drop at heal/comb is 1.5 and 1.25”. Weight is approximately 6lbs. Matching serial numbers in the PW938 prefix indicating 1984 manufacture. Made by Miroku in Japan this side lock Browning has a satin gray nickel finish that almost looks like stainless steel with fine scroll engraving. Excellent original high polish blue on barrels with a few light nicks and marks. The original finish English style straight stock has a tiny scrape at the heel with few handling marks. Action is very tight, lever well to the right of center. It’s been shot but obviously very little. Shiny bores and perfect mechanics. Few were imported and Browning would only offer this B-SS Sidelock from 1983-1988.
