Browning BSS Sporter in 20 Gauge w/ Browning Luggage Case

It would be hard to find a nicer and more desirable Browning BSS side by side than this one!  This 20 gauge "Sporter" model was made in 1979 and is as nice as they come.  It comes complete with the original dark brown Browning hard sided luggage case with the owner's manual and latch keys.  It has 28 inch barrels which is the longest length that Browning offered in this model, and they are the hardest length to find.  This model BSS also features a straight English style grip, a single selectable trigger, automatic ejectors, and a oil finished walnut stock with checkering on the wrist and forearm.  The Browning factory blue finish on the metal parts rates a conservative 98% and looks minty.  Only under very close examination can you find anything to deduct some percentage points.  The original factory stock set is in excellent condition and could pass for being made last week!  The checkering is still sharp and it has not been altered in any way.  The Browning butt plate is in excellent shape, and the shotgun pulls 14 & 1/4 inches.  The condition of this Browning is nearly perfect and looks like it was never used or carried in the field.  These BSS models have a reputation for being durable and nicely fit and finished.  Not only are they a very attractive and classy double gun, they handle well in the field and have great balance.  We share the opinion of many that you can't buy a nicer double for the money than this model, and we think it would be next to impossible to find a BSS in any better condition than this one.
