For sale is a Browning Double Automatic 12ga shotgun. Serial number is A10408, which seems to date the firearm as being produced in 1955 (first year of production). Receiver is engraved beautifully, but is not marred by many physical marks aside from a small series of scrapes near the top left of the rear of the receiver, likely from being dropped or rested against something at some point in the firearm's lifetime. The furniture is in okay condition, with a sizeable number of chips in the varnish, and a few small chips into the wood underneath, however those wood chips are primarily on the underside of the rear stock. The safety functions well, as does the bolt and the automatic left-side shell feed. Receiver is clean but has minor discoloration on the aluminum. The barrel bluing is okay, with the right side of the barrel showing small spots and specks of tarnish along the entire barrel. The bore is clear but shows obvious signs of use. This firearm is a great shooter and a beautiful peice for any collector who wants to add a peice of Browning history to their collection.
All card transactions will have a 3.5% non-cash adjustment applied to them. $70 shipping to the lower 48, which includes a soft case and insurance.
