Description:
This Field II was made in Italy. We suspect that Chiappa was the manufacturer, because they made Charles Daly shotguns before production was moved to Turkey, but the steel does not confirm it. It is a single trigger design, with a combination thumb safety and barrel selector on the tang. There is a black mark on the butt stock that appears to be on the surface. It is not an open or repaired crack as far as we can tell. There are a few other minor dents in the wood, but none of them seem to be through the finish. The bluing is in pretty good shape, except for some scrapes along the top of the rib and a few minor nicks on the barrels. They are smooth so they should be easy to touch up if desired. The action is smooth and the bores look good. No box or case is included. 12 Gauge
