Churchill Hercules XXV, 25" barrels feature signature file cut tapered rib.  Choked modified/modified (.018/.018), 2-3/4" chambers, 1-1/4 oz. proof, 1968 production.  The barrels bear the "7 Bury Street London St. James's. London England" address.  Double trigger, auto ejectors, auto safe. The Hercules model is a full self opener.  Scallop back action engraved in a bold scroll pattern has lots of vibrant hues case color hardening. The floorplate reads "Hercules Finest Quality".  Straight hand stock of figured rich, dark mahogany color adds to the classic British style.  Measures 1-3/8" comb, 2" heel, 14-1/4" LOP to a checkered butt.  Cast off 1/4 at the face.  Weighing just under 6-1/4 lbs!  A true extra lightweight with heavy 2-3/4 proof.  Full leather compact case with Maker's label.
