Classic Double, Very Important, serial #1 sporting clays gun
Description: Classic Doubles “Classic Sporter” 12 gauge O/U shotgun. This is an extremely important shotgun Winchester 101/Classic Doubles collectors. This gun is serial numbered: USSCA-01! This #1 gun was a one-of-fifty edition gun and it was made to be ed off at United States Sporting Clays Association national championship shoot (probably in 1988 or 1989) as a fund raiser for the organization. The USSCA was the very first organization to organize the sport in the USA, the year was 1985. It is hard, maybe impossible, to know how many if any of the other 49 (of the edition) were ever made! The gun itself is a standard Classic Sporter with 30” vent rib barrels, choke tubes, single selective trigger, adjustable trigger for LOP and factory fitted recoil pad. Very nicely figured Walnut stock and forearm and it is in unfired/new condition. As is: 14 1/2" LOP over pad; 1 1/2" DAC and 2 1/4" DAH with nuetral cast. Weighs 7 lbs. 8 oz. Comes with original box with paperwork and chokes and a custom-made Walnut luggage case that is fitted and include just about every conceivable accessory! SN: USSCA-01 SOLD |
