The Krieghoff K-80, produced in Germany in 2006, is one of the premier competition shotguns in the world, widely regarded for its durability, precision engineering, and modular design. This example is a complete two-barrel competition set, configured specifically for serious target shooting and further enhanced by a left-handed stock configuration.
Chambered in 12 gauge, the set includes two barrel configurations: a 32" set with an adjustable rib and a 30" set with a fixed rib. The 32" barrels feature a tapering 12mm–8mm adjustable ventilated rib, allowing the shooter to fine-tune point of impact, while the 30" barrels have a 12mm–8.5mm tapering rib for a more traditional sight picture. The 32" barrels are chambered for 2.75" shells, while the 30" barrels handle 3" shells, adding versatility. A full set of Krieghoff choke tubes is included, making this setup adaptable to virtually any clay target discipline.
Built on the legendary K-80 action, the gun features a single selective trigger, top lever safety, and ejectors, all engineered for high-volume shooting. The action is finished in satin nickel plating with classic K-80 scroll engraving, paired with blued steel barrels. Weighing 9 lb 4.2 oz with the 32" barrels, it offers the mass and balance required for smooth, controlled swings on target.
The deluxe walnut Monte Carlo stock is configured for a left-handed shooter, with cast-on and a slight left-hand palm swell. It also features a four-way adjustable comb, allowing precise fit for eye alignment and recoil management. Two forends are included—each properly fitted to its respective barrel set—further emphasizing the completeness of this package.
This example remains in very good overall condition, with faint wear typical of use. Both sets of bores are clear, the trigger is crisp, and the action is smooth and locks up tight. The ejectors are strong and in-time.
The gun comes housed in its original Americase, along with accessories, completing a fully equipped competition package.
