Super Cased Darne V-19 Grade 12 Gauge Double Barrel Shotgun 1965

Description:
Gun is in excellent condition. Engraving on the receiver is crisp. Fine wood with sharp checkering, horn buttplate is fine as well. There is a small chip out of the horn nose cap on the right side (see pictures). Fine mechanical function. Fine bores are bright shiny and clean. 25 5/8 inch barrels. Comes with the original order sheet which is dated August 2, 1965. It lists the pull as 14 1/4 inches, drop at butt 3 inches, drop at comb 1 5/8 inches, and cast of stock left to right as 5/8 inches. English stock with swamped barrels. The "Special Features" on the order form state "Encased with accessories as per Abercrombie & Fitch Order V 19 grade". The gun is housed in an oak & leather fitted case which has an A&F label on the inside. Also has a full set of cleaning accessories with it. The case has the original purchasors monogram on the lid, as well as on the cloth case cover as well. This was purchased directly out of the original owners estate. Serial number is 4Y561

We do not put any ammo in it or disassemble to check internal parts. We will sometimes take off barrels or stocks in an attempt to prevent damage in shipping. We only sell used guns, and have no way to know how many rounds have been through them.  WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. ALL FIREARMS, REGARDLESS OF AGE OR FEDERAL ANTIQUE STATUS have to be shipped to a dealer for transfer within NY. Other states are fine, depending on your state laws. We will not ship to a New York, NJ, or CA C&R holder, a standard FFL is required.  There are some states in which a C&R handgun MUST be shipped to a dealer, such as MD. Please know your local laws.
