F.illi Rizzini A&F EXTRA LUSSO 20 Ga. Boxleck Ejector with Full Coverage Hand Engraving, Vibrant Case Coloring, and Highly Figured European Walnut

CONDITION  CONDITION  CONDITION. Beautiful and great handling F.illi Rizzini 20 gauge boxlock ejector. Made in 1970 for Abercrombie & Fitch this finely crafted little upland gun has profuse hand engraving on the action, pierced toplever, trigger guard, and the muzzle and breech end of the barrels. The scalloped action and double triggers have a deep rich vibrant case coloring. Double triggers, manual safety, and automatic ejectors. Highly figured European walnut with beautiful finish and checkering. Excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Easy to carry for a day afield at 6lb 6oz. An ideal weight and configuration for the experienced upland gunner for quail, grouse and woodcock.

The quick and sure handling 26” barrels are chambered for 2-3/4” and 3” shotshells and are engraved on both ends. They are topped by a raised solid tapered hand matted rib. Both barrels are bored 0.627 with a constriction of 0.014 for Modified choke. The new owner can have the chokes opened up if desired. Bores are shiny and bright and the bluing is excellent.

The round knob pistol grip stock and beavertail forearm are crafted from highly figured European walnut with custom checkering. The warm satin stock finish shows only a few minor handling marks. Nice long length of pull at 15” including a 3/4” recoil pad by 1-3/8” by 2-1/8”. Cast off for the righthanded shooter.

This fine little upland double was made by the craftsmen at F.lli Rizzini and imported by the great Abercrombie & Fitch. It is profusely hand engraved with deep, rich case coloring. Handles like a dream. Excellent plus condition.
