The  Orvis ELOS D2 is a stylish, durable, and affordable over/under shotgun. It is the workhorse of the Orvis Proprietary Shotgun Line-up and quite an upgrade from the original Orvis Elos. FABARM engineers went to considerable lengths to improve the internals, lighten the barrels, and provide upgraded wood with a hand rubbed oil finish. The all steel nickel finish receiver is more robust while not adding additional and unwanted weight. The forearm is a complete re-design with a new, foolproof contemporary mechanism. The Orvis Elos D2 comes in 12g, 20g, and 28g. It is tastefully engraved and adorned with gold birds. It has ejectors and an automatic safety, which can be made manual upon request. The single selective inertia trigger breaks cleanly at 3.75 lbs. 28" chrome plated barrels with a ventilated top rib are standard with a gold front bead. FABARM's Hyperbolic chokes are revered for their superb patterning and the Orvis Elos D2 comes with a complete set: C/IC/M/IM/F. The upgraded, oil finish walnut stock has recoil absorbing rubber pad. 12g weighs in at just 7 lbs, with the 20g and 28g each a bit lighter. The entire package comes with a durable plastic gun case and is backed by the 5 year FABARM warranty and Orvis' 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  The gun is a natural pointer, balances perfectly at the hinge, and swings cleanly and deliberately.
