Abbiatico and Salvinelli, Brescia. Magnificent and highly desirable early Galeazzi-engraved 20ga. “Jorema” O/U game gun. Weight: 6 Lbs 2 oz. Stock Dimensions: 15 1/8”x 1 ¼”x 2 3/8”x ¼” cast-off. 27” chopper-lump steel barrels with 2 ¾” chambers have mint bores (originally proofed at 16.1 mm, equal to .634”, the exact diameter of the barrels today). Chokes are .023”/.014”, with minimum walls .028”/.030”. Single, non-selective trigger and non-automatic safety. Highly figures stock and matching forend. Spectacular game scene engraving by one of the most highly respected artists of this or any other era. Overall a spectacular gun remaining in near mint condition throughout. Original maker’s case.
