Abbiatico & Salvinelli [FAMARS] Excalibur BL 12 Gauge

Description:

Abbiatico & Salvinelli [FAMARS] Excalibur, Brescia, Italy 12 Gauge with 30" ejector vent rib barrerls with vented side ribs and silver front bead. Bores are excellent measuring .734 right and left. Barrels fitted for Briley screw in chokes with five thin wall chokes; IC/Mod/Mod/F/F and two extended chokes; Mod/Mod. The Excalibur receiver features hand detachable droplocks and a French Silver finish with game scene engraving by Venzi and signed. Engraving includes Quail on the left, Woodcock on the right and Pheasant on the floorplate. Single nonselective trigger. Stocked in very attractive European Walnut with a pistol grip buttstock. LOP is 14 3/8" over a Limbsaver pad. Weight is 7lb 13 oz
This is an outstanding piece by top tier Italian masters in 2000. It exhibits only very minor handling marks from limited carefull field use. It is cased in its factory Negrini trunk case with spare main springs and firing pins, stock wrench, velour sleeves, and paperwork. A very attractive gun and attractively priced.
