Description:
Abbiatico & Salvinelli FAMARS "Venus" 28 ga. side by side, 27" chopper lump barrels with game rib choked skeet and modified (.003/.012), 3" chambers. Auto ejectors, double triggers (front articulated), auto safe. The sidelock action features convex locks which gives a rounded style. Engraved with an intricate interwoven fine scroll that has a serpentine or flowing effect to the engraving, almost in motion, by the master Goldani. The arched locks are framed with a rebated border that allows for the racy roundness to continue into the stock. Lots of effort in the details of this exquisite little sidelock! Splinter for end has the gold "Famars" crest and shows the really fine checkering. Straight hand stock has a diamond grip with bold black figure against a rich amber background. Measures 1-1/4" comb, 2-1/4" heel, 14-1/4" LOP cast off 1/4" to a checkered butt. Weighs 5 lbs., 9 oz. A first class little gun. Complete with makers case.
