Its strong point, common to all Fausti double-barreled shotguns from entry level to top of the range, is the choice to use a modified Anson & Deeley type mechanism. Born in 1875, this system is still an undisputed symbol of high construction quality and reliability of operation thanks to its simplicity and robustness. The concentration of weights at the center of the shotgun guarantees a fast and balanced shouldering. A system where the high construction quality of the individual components, obtained using numerically controlled machines, is further enhanced by the final check guaranteed by the experience of specialized personnel.

Around this tireless heart, Fausti builds its own action frames, one for each caliber. A choice that goes against the trend of homologation of components and parts in pursuit of production savings and construction simplifications. The result of this choice is a side-by-side with an elegant and harmonious profile, perfectly balanced and with a weight appropriate to the caliber to guarantee optimal swing and a rapid rise to the shoulder.
The action frame finish can be chosen coin finish or color case, enriched by an elegant engraving that on the bottom of the action frame surrounds a golden partridge in flight and a scroll inscribed with the name of the model. Always golden, the Fausti logo stands out on the black of the trigger guard, which elegantly extends backwards on the English stock in select oil-finished walnut, and on the key pin.
The barrels can be chosen in various sizes and are available with fixed chokes or with interchangeable chokes. The rib is flat, anti-glare arabesque and ends with the classic brass pearl. Also available is the trigger:non-selective single trigger or double trigger.
