The Sterlingworth is a classic 12 Ga double barrel SxS shotgun with 28" barrels choked Full and Modified. This shotgun features double triggers and extractors and was made in 1912. The overall condition is very good. The bluing on the barrels is very good to excellent with only some light muzzle wear and some light scratching. The receiver shows traces of case color. The checkered walnut is very good with minor marks from use. The matching butt stock is in good condition with minor marks as well. The original butt plate is very good as are the bores which are clean and shiny. The action works fine and the barrel to frame lock-up is tight. Overall, a nice, classic Fox Sterlingworth shotgun that will make a fine shooter. Weight: 7 lbs 10oz.
