Fox A Grade 1st Generation x 30
This is a Fox A Grade 12 gauge, first generation of engraving, side x side shotgun. This fine Fox, SN 8330 made in 1910, is in great shooting condition and the metal has not been altered nor have the screws been turned badly. The gun weighs in at 7 lbs. 11 oz. The chokes are Full & Full with 30” barrels that are bright and shiny inside with no dents or dings and it has an automatic safety that resets every time the gun is opened. There is a chip off of the toe that has been replaced. The stock dimensions on this gun are 14-1/8” x 1- 1/2” x 2 1/2” with no cast on the Prince of Whales type grip to a new (old stcok) Red Head recoil pad that I had replaced. This would be a great vintage shoot gun because it's built heavily. The chambers are 2 ¾” in the Krupp Fluid steel barrels.
