Superb A.H. Fox DE Grade 12ga - with terrific provenance!
Description: Truly a superb special order A.H Fox early 1st Generation gun with superb engraving in the early style. Factory letter indicates the gun was originally order by Benjamin F. Broyles. The gun also comes with a packet of information on Mr. Broyles and his business life. Made with straight grip buttstock, and 30" Krupp fluid steel barrels. The gun retains more than 60% original case colors. The wood is fabulously figured with great modern shooting dimensions and terminates in a period Silvers Pad. The only modification to the gun is the addition of the single trigger, which is a Miller trigger, other than that, it appears to be completely factory. The barrels measure as follows: Right- .728 bore with .020 (mod) choke. Left- .729 bore with .038 (full) choke. Truly a superb early A.H. Fox. Priced at $15,500 plus shipping to your FFL.
